It is a generally known fact that everybody is a friend to success, but no one loves to identify with failure. If so,why do so many people still fail in different life endeavours? Although the yardstick for the measurement of success and failure differ from place to place and from person to person,yet success is differentiated from failure by the attainment of a particular status in a field of endeavour, by the one who is considered Successful, which the one seen as a failure has not attained.
People who succeed in life are not those who had a struggle-free life, but men who when faced with challenges, work out strategies to conquer. Even when they fail an attempt, they keep trying until they conquer. These group of people don't see failure as a point to give up, but as a point when they need to go out for more research, build up their knowledge on needed facts and information, and equip themselves with successful mentors, knowing that,"Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed." (Proverbs.15:22). They also go further to commune with God in the place of Prayer, having the understanding that,"The fear of the Lord teaches a man wisdom...." (Proverbs.15:33);and then, armed with the wisdom for success, they cast their nets into the deep, until they catch their desired size of Fish.
If you think you are a failure, you'll remain a failure if you don't decide to do something about it,"For as he thinks in his heart,so is he" (Proverbs.23:7). You can start by feeding your mind with positive thoughts, and work harder to get what you want in life.
As a student, Study hard,not just to pass an Examination, but also to gain and build up your knowledge. What differentiates the Successful person and the one who fails is the amount and quality of information each have at their disposal, for the duly informed mind is empowered. You need to constantly empower your mind with the right information in order to always keep afloat in the swimming competition of people whose knowledge has brought them into limelight, for though knowledge is power,applied knowledge confers honor and authority on one.
What Next?....Believe in God for yourself that you can make it; be in the company of those who will encourage you and help you rise if you encounter a fall,for "Everything is possible to him who believes". (Mark.9:23).
There is a saying that,"Behind every successful man,there is a woman"....i also believe that "Behind every successful person is a hunger for new knowledge and growth".

Well, If men like Benjamin Carson (Best Neurosurgeon), Abraham Lincoln(one time President of America) and Albert Einstein (a great Scientist in Physics); who at some points in their early lives were seen as failures, can be seen today to have metamorphosed, not just to successful men but also as great models and mentors to many, then YOU CAN. All you need to do is to work hard, be patient, trust in God and Believe you can.
