There is a signature of the Creator in the heart of every creature. This signature is like a seed in the heart, and its growth to either become a tree or remain dormant is determined by the nurture it receives. If it eventually grows, its quality and strength will depend on how early its nurture started, and the amount of time put into nurturing it. That signature is "The Ability to Love and Receive Love."
In the heart of Every Child is a cry for true love-"to love and be loved". This is, however, not unusual since it is made in the image of God, who is Love-personified. A heart made to be a channel of love.
Alas! It was born into a Society where the true meaning of love has been ripped off it; and into a home, which having been affected by the societal meaning of love, consequently forbids the true and loud expression of love.
As the child grows, it seeks to be a channel of this true love embedded in its heart, but the environmental and societal atmosphere turns the child's heart to a reservoir, afraid to open up its channel for fear of being misunderstood. How can this pure and genuine love of God be shown and rightly understood in a world where majority believes that true love is impossible or at its best must come only with conditions?
Amidst its confused state, the heart faces the risk of being closed up entirely. Can this heart, which has been forced into being a reservoir of love, be freed to be that true channel of love, flowing freely to everyone who comes to it, as it was destined to be?
